WHAT ARE YOU TRAINING FOR?

The 5 Mile and 10 Mile distances are great races and they are unique distances not normally on the race calendar.  Goldenfliers is perfectly positioned to be a training race for either The Louisiana Marathon or Half on January 15, 2012. COURSE

RUN THE LAKES

The 5 Mile and 10 Mile courses circumnavigate the LSU Lakes. The 10 Mile route takes two trips around the most scenic race in the area.
